1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total value of qualifying bets a Member must place before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party software studio whose games are made available on the mcw55 platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), which is the operative time zone for all platform transactions and communications.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the mcw55 registration process, logging in to an existing Account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with any additional policies published on the platform including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

3 Eligibility

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested will result in suspension of the Member's Account and withholding of any pending withdrawal until verification is completed.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on the mcw55 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To become a Member, you must complete the mcw55 registration process accurately and truthfully. You are required to provide a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh, a unique username, and a secure password. All information provided during registration must be current, accurate, and complete.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. mcw55 will never request your password via any communication channel. Any activity carried out on your Account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified us of a suspected security breach in advance.

4.3 Account Accuracy

Members must ensure that the mobile number associated with their Account matches the number registered with the mobile banking service used for deposits and withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). Discrepancies between Account details and payment method registration details may result in withdrawal delays or suspension pending identity verification.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mcw55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following Bangladeshi mobile banking and payment services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). mcw55 does not accept deposits via credit card, international wire transfer, or any cryptocurrency.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and any amounts sent below the minimum will be returned to the originating mobile wallet, subject to any processing fees charged by the payment provider.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet used for the Member's most recent deposit. To be eligible to withdraw, a Member must have completed identity verification and must not have any outstanding bonus wagering requirements on their Account. mcw55 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, however processing times may vary during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

5.4 Transaction Fees

mcw55 does not charge its Members fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, the Member's mobile banking provider may impose its own transaction charges, for which mcw55 accepts no responsibility.

5.5 Funds Security

Member funds held within mcw55 Accounts are maintained separately from the company's operational funds. All financial transactions on the platform are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

mcw55 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing Members from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to a Member's Account cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. The Wagering Requirement for each promotion will be clearly stated in the offer terms. Only bets placed using eligible game types at the specified minimum odds will count towards a Wagering Requirement unless otherwise stated.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry date. If a Member fails to meet the Wagering Requirement before the bonus expires, the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from the Account without notice. Real-money funds held in the Account will not be affected by bonus expiry.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

mcw55 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing bets that exploit wagering requirement loopholes, or using automated software to accumulate bonus value. Decisions made by mcw55 in respect of bonus abuse are final.

7 Game Rules and Betting

7.1 Game Provider Rules

Games available on the mcw55 platform are operated by third-party Game Providers and are subject to the rules published by those providers. In the event of any conflict between mcw55's Terms and a Game Provider's rules in relation to the conduct of a specific game, the Game Provider's rules shall prevail in respect of that game outcome.

7.2 Bet Acceptance

mcw55 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced, bets placed on clearly incorrect odds, or bets that exceed applicable stake limits. In the event that a bet is placed and accepted in error, mcw55 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Member's Account.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market prior to bet placement. Stake limits may vary by game type, Member tier, and promotional period.

7.4 Payout Disputes

In the event of any dispute regarding a game outcome or payout calculation, the records held by the Game Provider's system shall be the definitive source of truth. Members who believe an error has occurred should contact mcw55 customer support via live chat within 48 hours of the disputed event, providing the relevant game ID or transaction reference number.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mcw55 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Members or mcw55 staff through any communication channel.

mcw55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in breach of this Clause, and to withhold all funds pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct involves financial crime, mcw55 reserves the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities without notice to the Member.

9 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mcw55 shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, or service interruption caused by circumstances beyond mcw55's reasonable control.

mcw55 makes no warranty that the platform will operate without interruption, be free from errors, or be compatible with all devices and network configurations. mcw55's aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total value of the Member's Account Balance at the time the claim arises.

12 Account Suspension and Closure

12.1 Suspension by mcw55

mcw55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member Account, with or without prior notice, where mcw55 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

12.2 Closure by Member

Members may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting mcw55 support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Member's registered mobile wallet following completion of all outstanding verification checks. Bonus Funds will not be refunded upon Account closure.

12.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account will be deemed dormant if no login or financial activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 calendar months. mcw55 reserves the right to deduct a monthly administrative fee from dormant Account balances after written notice has been provided to the Member's registered contact details. Members may reactivate a dormant Account at any time by contacting support.

13 Privacy

mcw55 collects, stores, and processes Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. mcw55 will not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required to process payments, verify identity, or comply with applicable legal obligations.

14 Amendments to These Terms

mcw55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, mcw55 will provide reasonable notice to Members via the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the mcw55 platform following publication of any updated Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Clause 12.2.
